1. Beer, wine or champagne? I don’t discriminate – all three! Always followed by OJ, water, Gatorade and gingerale the next morning.
2. iPod question: Do you shuffle and take songs as they come, or stick with a playlist? Everyday I’m shuffling – especially on a long run.

– Surf in Australia

5. What’s something interesting about you that a lot of people don’t know? I am a redneck at heart… I enjoy hunting and fishing any chance I getâş
6. What do you keep in the trunk of your car? Bike helmet, bike pump, bike shoes and swim bag
7. What is a fear you’d like to overcome? My fear of snakes and spiders!!!
8. What is your guilty pleasure? Taro frozen yogurt and gummy bear toppings.
9. What was your best Halloween costume? When I was 4 years old, I dressed up like a Pepsi Can. I looked pretty cute with Pop Top hat and all, but it was hard to hoard all that candy in that can!

11. On what occasion (if ever) do you lie? When my alarm goes off at 5am to work-out and I decide I need more sleep!
12. What is your current state of mind? Enjoy life, take it all in.

14. What talent would you like to have? Break dancing – it would be an awesome party trick.
15. What is your most treasured possession? My 9-year old weiner dog, Emma Lou.
16. What is your greatest extravagance? Running shoes – I love buying them in all different colors to match my training outfits.

19. What is the first thing that you notice about someone? If they can maintain eye contact and if they are a good listener.
20. If you could be a cartoon character, who would you be? Wonder Woman!!! I like her outfit and would have fun being a superhero.
