You are invited to step into a world of jesters, knights, and bards as the North Florida Renaissance Faire returns for its second year, and its first year in Tallahassee proper. Equal parts medieval fantasy and modern festival, the faire blends live performance, immersive spectacle, and indulgent food into a weekend escape unlike anything else in the city.  Juggler Jay’s Precision and Physical Comedy

Juggler Jay’s act combines technical juggling with carefully timed humor. His performances balance risk with a playfulness, appealing to audiences of all ages. Whether watched from a bench or mid-stroll, his act offers a visual spectacle that fits naturally into the fair’s lively atmosphere.

A Feast Fit for the Faire

Food is a major attraction in its own right. The faire offers classic staples like turkey legs and gyros alongside empanadas, falafel, shawarma, and exotic jerkies. Vegetarian and vegan guests will find a wide range of options, including stuffed baked potatoes and plant-based sausages. Desserts such as chimney cakes and funnel cakes ensure no one leaves without satisfying their sweet tooth. For those seeking an immersive dining experience, the faire also offers a ticketed Feast Dinner on
March 21 at 7 p.m., priced at $52.77. This feast can be added to any admission ticket, though alone it does not include entry to the fairgrounds. This 90-minute dining and entertainment event offers a menu of roast chicken, baby back ribs, corn on the cob, red potatoes, and assorted desserts. A vegetarian option is also available for the same price, featuring grilled vegetable skewers, fried courgette and falafel, hummus, and pita.

Jack Morrowin’s Quick Wit and Close-Up Magic

Comedy magician Jack Morrowin delivers fast-paced performances built around audience interaction and improvisation. His show relies as much on humor as on sleight of hand, shaped by the crowd and tricks themselves. His approach to each performance shifts naturally with the audience.

 An Amazing Escape

The North Florida Renaissance Faire embraces imagination over strict historical accuracy. Costumes are encouraged but never required, and guests are free to participate at their own comfort level. Pirates, knights, and fantasy characters mingle freely, creating a playful environment that feels immersive and accessible, a welcome escape for Tallahassee locals.

The North Florida Renaissance Faire returns March 21-22, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., setting up its kingdom at the North Florida Fairgrounds.
