Born in Melbourne, Florida and raised in Winter Haven, Florida.  A second-generation Orthotist, began his career in the 1970s at the age of 13, working alongside his father. Starting as a technician, he honed his skills in fabrication and craftsmanship, building a strong foundation in orthotics. He dedicated 27 years to Williams Orthotics in Tallahassee , where he gained extensive experience in patient care and device fabrication. An American Board Certified Orthotist and Certified Pedorthist (C.PED), Randall holds licenses in both Florida and Georgia. With a lifelong passion for improving mobility and quality of life, he is committed to providing compassionate care to individuals with physical disabilities.
