Small businesses, especially, get to know their customers and strive continuously to burnish their reputations by delivering outstanding products, experiences and services that exceed expectations. Those who succeed that way take their places among the winners in the Best of Tallahassee readers poll conducted annually by Tallahassee Magazine and Rowland Publishing.
