If adopted, how did you come to adopt your pet: We found Jasper through the Leon County Humane Society
Favorite food/treats: Jasper loves all the treats, especially cheese, carrots, and a good old milk bone
Tell us about your pet’s personality: Jasper is all personality. He’s a very happy boy who loves to play with all his friends at school. He’s full of energy and is a pretty silly pup. Plus, he’s got a movie star smile. Jasper does get anxious about people or places he’s not familiar with. But once he knows you, he’s your best friend.
What makes your pet happy: Jasper loves long naps at home and active days at camp playing with all his friends. He also loves all his various stuffies.
What is unique about your pet: Jasper knows how to let you know that he wants to go outside by ringing a bell hanging from a doorknob.
Please tell us about any of your pet’s unusual characteristics or special talents: Jasper loves the treadmill at school and asks to get on.
Please share a heartwarming story: Jasper, his mom, and seven litter mates were dumped in the woods. They were found by someone when the puppies were just a couple weeks old, covered in ticks and fleas. Since he adopted his parents, he’s taught them how to really spoil a guy. Even though the beginning of his life was scary, he tries hard every day to not be so scared anymore, because he knows he’s got a safe comfy home and a fun yard to play in now.
What makes your pet special to you or your family: Jasper brings so much joy to our home. He knows what he wants and makes sure we know too. He’s a crazy, energetic, silly, wiggly boy and is so loved.
