December’s calendar is filling up with social events leading up to the blingiest holiday of the year — New Year’s Eve. Now’s the time to sparkle and shine!

Platinum and silver have had their day. This season, be it antiqued, brushed or bright and shiny, it’s all about gold.
Of course, jewelry is the logical place to start, but you’ll be right on trend with a dress or separates that have a bit of golden twinkle. When it’s party time, excess is best. Dresses are embellished, sequined, beaded, lacy, embroidered and feathered — some even include all of the above!
But don’t stop with the clothing and accessories. Make sure you add the Midas touch to your eye shadow and nail polish, too.
