Carrie McNeill opens new boutique, Elle | Market

If you live or shop in Tallahassee, you know Cole Couture. Owner Carrie McNeill and her team have done a superb job refreshing our fashion palettes with top-trending pieces and gifts galore. Recently, McNeill announced her next endeavor and yes, you’re going to love it!
Elle | Market {a curated boutique} offers sophisticated staple-styles for both women and men that are long lasting and on trend. Upon the birth of her daughter Elle, McNeill knew she would one day open a store in her daughter’s name. She has fulfilled that goal by opening Elle| Market at 1350 Market St.

When describing the boutique, McNeill resorts to one of her favorite quotations from the designer Yves Saint Laurent: “I have often said that I wish I had invented blue jeans – spectacular, practical, relaxed and nonchalant. They have expression, modesty, sex appeal, simplicity – all I hope for in my clothes.”
McNeill deals in clothing that evokes these feelings. Speaking of blue jeans, she has an affinity for them. For that reason, the store features a denim bar. We mean that in every sense of the word.
Elle Market offers an extensive menu of blue jeans including customer favorites and creations of the hottest Los Angeles denim designers whose products are not otherwise available in the Tallahassee market. While selecting the perfect pair, you can sip on a glass of chilled wine or champagne. For the little ones or child at heart, a glass of milk and warm cookies are available.

You will find yourself stocking your closet with the best tees, tops, dresses, blazers and indulgences like silk pajamas. For men, there are wardrobe must-have’s and Elle | Market’s very own leather line. Whether it is a special occasion or a thinking-of-you moment, gift candles, tumblers, accessories and jewelry box treasures will delight. The buying team is currently rounding out its spring collection.
The team is particularly excited about their location in the Market District because of the strong mix of shopping and dining options found there. McNeill aims to contribute yet another unique shopping destination to the area and to exude positive energy through her location.
“Elle Market has been a long time in the making,” said McNeill. “We are the same people in a new building with a new dream. I remain as committed as ever to sharing and giving back to Tallahassee through Elle | Market boutique and our dedicated customers. Strength comes from collaboration.”
Elle | Market {a curated boutique} opened its doors on April 6.
