Ardan’s Salon emerges victorious at Tallahassee Top Salon Event
The 2014 Top Salon event, sponsored by Dr. Russell B. Rainey, was held Saturday, February 22 at the University Center Club, where a crowd of more than 600 enjoyed food, drinks, music and dramatic makeovers from 13 of Tallahassee’s most prominent salons!
The event was made possible by the support of Dr. Rainey as the presenting sponsor, and subsequent sponsors that included Narcissus, Sweat Therapy Fitness, Marsha Doll Beauty Products, Wyndham Vacation Rentals, Tallahassee Plastic Surgery and Skin Care Clinic, Capital Eurocars and Live in Tallahassee.
As DJ Greg Tish played fast and funky tunes in the background, emcee Daniel Lewis kept the crowd entertained with his quick wit and a Locks of Love hair cutting demonstration. Marsha Doll Beauty Products sponsored a high-energy bikini fashion show and subsequent performance of “Lady Marmalade” featuring Marsha Doll, Jane Marks and Denise Spratley.
Ardan’s Salon once again emerged victorious as the winning salon, while JS Hair Lounge landed the runner up spot and Chelsea Salon & Spa won 1st runner up.
