Seymour Rice

Seymour Rice (not pictured), 66, was found murdered by city workers inside a utility shed at the Old City Cemetery on May 13, 1991. He had recently been employed as a security guard at the cemetery. An investigation revealed Rice had been murdered in the evening hours of May 12, 1991, and may have had a confrontation with a suspect prior to his death while walking
to work.
