Roger Pleaugh

Roger Pleaugh, 45, was found at 448 W. Georgia St. on Nov. 13, 2005, and was transported to the hospital with head injuries. Pleaugh had a makeshift camp behind this location and told the responding officer that he had been drinking, was beaten up and had some items taken from him. He managed to crawl to the sidewalk and call for help. Pleaugh died eight days later. There were no known witnesses to the incident.
