OMG. OMG. The 850 Burger is beyond belief. A 50/50 blend of Bradley’s sausage and ground chuck with bacon, house-made pickles, pimento cheese, crispy onions and an amazing sauce made using 850 Pale Ale from Tallahassee’s Proof Brewing (and Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, cream and lots of butter, so we’re told by Sous Chef Matt Coburn). You can start eating it by hand, but you’ll end up resorting to the knife and fork to sop up all the goodness.
