Dr. Gilbert Chandler joined TOC in 2012 and specializes in minimally invasive spine and pain management. Dr. Chandler is Board Certified in Addiction Medicine through the American Board of Preventive Medicine. In 2018 Dr. Chandler was named chairperson for the National Committee on Foreign Medical Education and Accreditation. This position is appointed by the Department of Education and its purpose is to assure that the foreign medical schools compare to those standards applied to medical schools in the United States. This allows foreign medical schools to participate in the William D. Ford Federal Direct Student Loan Program. Dr. Chandler is also on the Advisory Council for Fraternity and Sorority life at Florida State University
