TALLAHASSEE, FL –  In partnership with the Tallahassee Senior
Citizen Center, Legal Services of North Florida (LSNF) is conducting
free weekly legal clinics for low and middle income area seniors who would like
legal advice and brief services assistance in
handling legal problems that include Estate Planning, Health Care
Benefits, Social Security Issues, Elder Abuse, Long-term care, Guardianship and
Conservatorship, Family Law Issues and Housing and Employment Law. The clinic
is held at the Tallahassee Senior Center (the old Armory) 1400 North Monroe St.
and open to all seniors 60 or older. Appointments can be made for any Wednesday
between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm by calling Legal Services of North Florida at
850-701-3324 anytime between Mon to Thurs. 8:15 am to 5:45 pm. Leave a message
and your call will be returned to add you to the clinic schedule. Walk-ins are
accepted when space allows, and a competed application is presented to interviewing
attorneys. LSNF is grateful to Tallahassee attorneys who volunteer their time
to answer legal questions and perform some of the brief services needed by
applicants.
