Earth Flicks invites the Tallahassee community to a free showing of the National Geographic documentary film ‘Paris to Pittsburgh.’


‘Paris to Pittsburgh’ brings to life the impassioned efforts of individuals who are battling the most severe threats of climate change in their own backyards. Set against the national debate over the United States’ energy future – and the Trump administration’s explosive decision to exit the Paris Climate Agreement – the film captures what’s at stake for communities around the country and the inspiring ways Americans are responding. Narrated by Emmy and Golden Globe-winning actress Rachel Brosnahan and produced by the Oscar and Emmy-winning production company RadicalMedia, ‘Paris to Pittsburgh’ shows that climate change doesn’t have to divide us.

Enjoy free popcorn, drinks, and a conversation after the film about what personal actions we can take as well as what Tallahassee is doing to combat the climate crisis. The film will be shown at Saint Paul’s UMC, 1700 N. Meridian Road, the Church at Lake Ella. There is plenty of free parking in the Moss Street lot across from Sanders Fellowship Hall where the event will be held.


Doors open at 6:45 pm, film begins at 7 pm. Film is 1 hour 17 minutes long. 30 minute Q&A discussion to follow film.
