Free virtual presentation.  Celebrate Earth Day with a program
exploring the fascinating life of conservationist Marjorie Harris Carr

and preserve many of north central Florida’s ecological treasures.
Author/Historian Peggy Macdonald will trace Carr’s early life growing up in
Florida through her career in the 1950’s while raising five children, and
eventually becoming one of the century’s leading environmental activists.
