RMPM Got Talent "INSPIRED by the STARS in the Community"

Nov 10, 2017
07:00 PM until 09:00 PM

Rescue Me Project Ministries, Inc.(RMPM), a 501 (c) 3 agency,  is pleased to announce that we are conducting computer classes for formerly incarcerated men, women & veterans. We have successfully started our Beginning, Intermediate, & Advance classes at Veteran Village; 1208 Kissimmee St.  and Kearny Center; 2650 Municipal Way.  Classes are for six weeks on Tuesday-Thursday from 5:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m.

We are teaching individuals basic computer skills, including typing and researching. The classes will train attendees to apply for jobs, create a personalized resume, compose and send formal emails to potential employers, and become interview ready. Therefore, offering guidance and support in the efforts to fully restore society’s trust and their self-sufficiency to help them transit back into society.

Your help is desperately needed for our Nov. 10th Talent Fundraiser. We are currently looking for: Talent, Vendors, and Volunteers for the day of the event.

We encourage you to think about how something as simple as learning how to operate a computer efficiently will change someone’s life.  Your help can INSPIRE someone to continue to search, and find a new destiny. Imagine the gratitude our clients will feel when they know their community believes they are worth your time, talent, and emotional backing. With your support we can “INSPIRE LIVES, ONE DAY AT A TIME!

Our goal is to raise $1,500 to unify the community by reducing recidivism (likelihood someone committing a crime again). With your support on helping us recruit talent, vendors, and spread the word on our event, we can successfully reach our goal.

You can also support our classes by sending donations or in-kind donations in terms of binders, notebook paper, folders, pen, pencils, etc. Even the smallest contribution can make a big impact.

We hope that we can count on you to support our cause!
