Join Ian Barlow and Liz Nelson From "Framing our Community" as they explore with us innovative ways to recruit, train and retain the volunteers of the future. Ian has been working with the FTA for years building trail infrastructure with teams of hardworking volunteers who are the backbone of the Florida Trail. How do we continue this volunteer legacy and thrive in the future?
