FSU Strength Training & Protein Study

This event occurs daily, every 1 day(s).


We are looking for non-exercising older males between 60-75 years old to participate in a research study on the effects of protein consumption of strength training adaptations.

All participants will receive 12 weeks of free, personalized, and private strength training sessions on FSU’s campus. Additionally, all participants will receive free body composition analysis through our Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry machine, assessment of muscle strength and power, along with physical and cognitive function testing. Finally, upon completing the study, there is $100 compensation.
